Sufism - Love and Contrast

This concert series will give refugee musicians the chance to showcase their different musical styles. The evenings will be hosted by Iranian musician Kioomars Musayyebi, who will also give us an insight into the different styles of music. 

On this evening, the Syrian dancer, Ahmed Almoulky, will present a dervish dance from the Sufist spiritual tradition of Islam. He is accompanied by three musicians, Oud, Kanun and Nay, on classical instruments.
