This seminar is aimed at bringing together talented and highly motivated immigrants residing in the Ruhr area. The presentation is also geared at sharing plausible business strategies, which will enable people start and consolidate different scales of business ventures.This initiative is based on the premise that such business projects help reduce the high rate of unemployment among immigrants.The seminar is divided into 3 presentations:

Esther Samson Ukaria: a diplomat, writer, motivational speaker and commercial assistant will use her knowledge in business to give a few tips on starting as mall scale business.

Murdoch MacCunningham with a dual German-Togolese Nationality who is one of established team at the Skatch Team and work at a finance service will speak on finance education.
Augustina Nyarko a Ghanaian woman who has been in Germany just for three years was a certified nurse in Ghana. She is also a singer and a fashion enthusiast. She will share her experiences on how creativity in business can help the growth of new business initiatives.

Oman half American and Iraq, owner of the Stop Kiosk and Phoenix market in Mülheim Stadtmitte, who has been living and doing succesful business for years in Germany.
Furthermore a representative of the Mülheimer Wirtschaftsförderung (Mülheim economic development) will be present will give tips for a successful start of a new business.

These presentations will be followed by a discussionduring which participants will be given room to ask questions.

This event will be taken out bilingual (Englisch/German) and there is a possibility of childcare.
