Cultural Drag

TachoTinta and guests, all international experts in cultural misunderstandings, walk the path of drag, of glamorous exaggeration, together with the audience. Personal experiences with racism and exclusion keep us thinking about culture, identity and transculturality. Stereotyping oneself becomes a subversive strategy for playing with expectations, attributions and perceptions.

Everything here is under the creed of drag: the aesthetic tempts you to overdo, to exaggerate and to declare life to be a show. It's not what you are, it's what you become! Respect without clichés.

"Cultural Drag" is a contemporary dance performance, a drag show of cultural identities, a game with positive insecurities.
