MIRA 11_shift

"MIRA 11_shift" explores the interplay between people and technology in dance. At the centre of the choreographic process are movement ideas from an application developed for and with MIRA. The performance explores the tensions between personal/anonymous, expropriation/appropriation and human/non-human. The dancers are confronted with the infinite possibilities of artificial intelligence. "Inspiring [...] is the discovery that "so much information is being fed in and we can no longer follow its origin." Julia Riera refers to the question of what the uncontrollably working algorithms mean for us as a society." (" Kann KI Kunst?" by Thomas Linden, choices).

Physical Introduction lädt das Publikum ein, selbst aktiv zu werden. Lockern Sie vor der Vorstellung Ihre Gelenke und sensibilisieren Sie Ihre Sinneswahrnehmung für das nachfolgende Tanzstück. Vorkenntnisse sind nicht nötig – einfach mitmachen! Die Tanzvermittlerin Anja Bornšek gibt Ihnen eine körperliche Einführung in die Produktion MIRA 11_shift
