Information on postponed events

We are pleased to welcome you back! In order to make your visit to the Ringlokschuppen Ruhr as safe as possible, we have drawn up a detailed hygiene concept. We follow the guidelines of the Corona Protection Ordinance (CoronaSchVO) of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and expand on them to ensure your safety and ours in the best possible way.

Admission usually begins one hour before the start of the event.

Please buy tickets in advance. Thank you very much!

There will be minimum distances between your seats in a checkerboard pattern, as we want to make sure that all visitors can feel safe with us. Please arrive on time before the start of the event, as you may need to be allocated new seats on site.

For our events at Ringlokschuppen Ruhr, Stadthalle Mülheim and vier.zentrale, the 3 G-rule applies:

1. either proof of a complete vaccination at least fourteen days ago
or
2. proof of a survived Corona infection (not older than 90 days)

or
3. proof of an official negative rapid antigen test (not more than 24 hours old) or a PCR test (not more than 48 hours old)

is to be presented. Please have photo identification available upon entry.

Students up to and including the age of 17 are exempt, as they are considered tested due to their participation in the compulsory school tests (outside of the holiday period). Children up to the age of school entry are considered tested persons. Children and young people under the age of 18 are considered pupils by virtue of their age. From the age of 18, a student card or a school certificate or proof in accordance with the 3G rule must be presented. ID cards from vocational schools and adult education institutions (e.g. adult education centres) are not recognised.

Furthermore, persons who have a medical certificate (which must not be older than 6 weeks) stating that they cannot be vaccinated against Covid-19 for health reasons are exempt; in this case, these groups of persons must have official proof (rapid antigen test - no more than 24 hours old - or a PCR test - no more than 48 hours old).

No tests will be carried out on site!
The nearest test centre in Mülheim an der Ruhr is: https://www1.muelheim-ruhr.de/...

Please adhere to the general distance and hygiene rules. Guests with typical symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough etc. will be refused entry.

Medical mouth-nose protection must be worn throughout the building. Wearing the mouth-nose protection at the seat during a performance is recommended.
Unfortunately, no exceptions (including medical certificates) can be allowed on the premises. Drinks may be consumed at the seat during selected performances.

The instructions of the Ringlokschuppen Ruhr staff must be followed. Guests who do not comply with the general protective measures and instructions will be expelled from the premises.

Please note that Covid-19 security measures may change at short notice and will be updated accordingly.

Thank you for your understanding and mutual consideration. For queries, please contact tickets@ringlokschuppen.de
