Notice on our Covid-19 measures
Notice from 24 November 2021
We are pleased to welcome you back! To make your visit to the Ringlokschuppen Ruhr as safe as possible, we have developed a detailed hygiene concept. We are following and extending the guidelines of the Corona Protection Ordinance (CoronaSchVO) of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia to ensure your and our safety in the best way possible.
Admission usually begins one hour before the start of the event.
Please buy tickets in advance. Thank you very much!
Please arrive punctually before the event begins, as you may have to be assigned new seats. There will be spacing between your seats in a checkerboard pattern.
The 2 G rule applies to the event:
- Please provide proof of either a complete vaccination (at least 14 days ago) or of complete recovery from a Corona infection (not older than 6 months).
- Please keep your passport or other proof of identity ready
- Children and adolescents below the age of 16 years and persons who have a medical certificate stating that they cannot be vaccinated against Covid-19 for health reasons are excluded; these persons must have a test certificate from an officially recognised testing centre.
- For events that have a particularly high risk of infection, the admission restriction can be supplemented to 2G+ (vaccinated/genetically tested).
No tests will be carried out on site - you can find test centres in the area here:https://www.land.nrw/corona
Please adhere to general spacing and hygiene rules. Guests with the following symptoms will be denied entry: fever, sore throat, cough, smell and taste disorders. Medical mouth-nose protection must be worn throughout the building. These masks can be removed at your seat. Unfortunately, no exceptions (including
medical certificates) can be allowed on the premises. Drinks may be consumed at the seating area at selected events.
The instructions of the Ringlokschuppen Ruhr staff must be followed. Guests who do not comply with the general protective measures and instructions will be expelled from the premises.
Thank you for your understanding and mutual consideration.
